EFUND POLICY
The Skill Of — Refund Policy Last updated: May 2026
1. Our Commitment At The Skill Of we want you to feel confident when registering for a class. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted.
2. Live Classes
Full Refund A full refund of $75 BBD will be issued if you cancel your registration before the goodies pack is sent. For the Canva Course for Beginners: Live on May 30th 2026, full refund requests must be submitted before 11:59 PM on May 26th 2026.
Partial Refund From May 27th 2026 onwards a partial refund of $50 BBD will be issued. This reflects the delivery of the goodies pack which will have already been sent to your email by this date and is non-refundable once delivered.
No Refund No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the class or for non-attendance. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your seat to another person, contact us at info@theskillof.com before the class date and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
3. Goodies Pack As the goodies pack is a digital product delivered before the class, it is non-refundable once it has been sent.
4. Technical Issues If The Skill Of is unable to deliver the class due to technical issues on our end, registered students will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
5. Rescheduling In the event that The Skill Of needs to reschedule the class, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of attending the rescheduled date or receiving a full refund.
